Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon
 
Location: Springdale, Arkansas
 
Salary: This is an excellent opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-owned single specialty group in Springdale, Arkansas. This position offers competitive salary, bonus incentives, and an excellent benefits package.
 
Job Summary: An Orthopedic Surgeon is sought to provide comprehensive general orthopedic care, as well as taking general orthopedic call and trauma call in a supportive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-owned single specialty group in Springdale, Arkansas.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive general orthopedic care in an outpatient and inpatient setting
• Take general orthopedic call and trauma call as required
• Anticipated call to be 1:5, current call 1:3
• 24/7 Anesthesia coverage available by physician or CRNA
 
Qualifications:
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Willingness to take call
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
Experience and Skills:
• Demonstrated clinical competence in orthopedic surgery
• Proficiency in arthroscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures
• Experience with robotics a plus
• Experience working in a Level III trauma facility preferred
