Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon

 

Location: Scranton, Pennsylvania

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive compensation package including up to $100,000 Commencement Bonus, relocation allowance, medical education debt reimbursement, CME allowances, bonuses, and an excellent benefit package.

 

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join a large hospital employed multi-specialty group in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive orthopedic care and provide quality medical care to patients.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

-Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients

-Manage patient health by diagnosing medical conditions, interpreting test results, and administering treatment

-Collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal patient care

-Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

-Provide patient education and counseling

-Maintain accurate medical records

 

Qualifications:

 

-Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania

-Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

-Compassionate with a desire to improve patient outcomes

-Committed to providing quality patient care

 

Experience and Skills:

 

-At least 3 years of experience in orthopedic surgery

-Advanced surgical skills and knowledge of medical terminology

-Proficient in using medical software

-Strong organizational and time management skills
