Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon

 

Location: Corsicana, Texas

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to provide comprehensive medical care for our community. This is an employed opportunity with an inpatient/outpatient mix and a call schedule of 1:3.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal diseases and disorders

– Perform surgeries and post-operative care

– Provide patient education

– Maintain accurate medical records

– Engage in research activities

 

Qualifications:

 

– Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

– Board certification (or eligible) in Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

– Experience preferred

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Excellent medical knowledge

– Ability to make sound medical decisions

– Strong surgical and technical skills

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and in a team
