Office Manager

Duties include , knowledge and understanding of  the waste  industry and compactor services.  Good computer skills, microsoft office, word , excel, QuickBooks, General Ledger, AR/AP, Produce Financials, P&L reports, balance sheets, income statements, Sales & use tax reports, NCDOR motors fuels tax.  Reconciling bills and checking and credit cards.  Financial analysis. 

Must have experience working with CPA’s. 

Must be able to schedule and route Drivers.

Must be able to dispatch work orders.

Must have great customer service and good personality, must be patient with clients.

Can work well with others, co workers.

Keep up with truck maintenance records and compliance.

Must have the motivation , drive to grow the business and keep clients and co workers happy.
