Our legal client is immediately hiring for an Office Administrator to join their growing team in Beverly Hills, CA.
MUST HAVE:
2+ years of customer service experience; phone & email
Computer literate
Great communication – verbal & written
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual; Spanish & English
NICE TO HAVE:
Sales or legal experience
Office environment experience
DAY TO DAY:
The Office Administrator will assist the office team and lawyer with incoming “sales” calls & emails by answering customer questions and scheduling meetings. The Office Admin will learn legalities as it relates to CA law and the firm’s cases. The Admin will also, eventually, learn to review contracts and perform admin work.
