Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN)

 

Location: Victoria, TX

 

Salary: This position is offering a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines at fair market value, with a commencement bonus and student loan debt assistance. Benefits include life, health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, CME, medical licensure and relocation.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced OBGYN to join our team in Victoria, TX. This position is in a private practice with 2 office spaces available and joining 7 other OB providers and 1 GYN provider. The OBGYN will be supported by CRNA’s that cover 24/7 and anesthesia coverage is not an issue for OB. This position offers a partnership track available after 2 years and a level 3 NICU.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Provide quality and compassionate patient care

– Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological and obstetrical issues

– Educate patients on health and wellness topics

– Document patient medical histories and treatments

– Monitor and manage pregnancies

 

Qualifications:

 

– Board-Certified OBGYN

– 3+ years of experience in an OBGYN setting

– Strong understanding of gynecology and obstetrics

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Knowledge of medical software systems

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively

– Proven track record of providing high quality care

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively

– Ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
