Job Description: Flexographic Pressman (Aquaflex 8 Color Press – Hot and Cold Foil Stamping)

Position: Flexographic Pressman

Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Thursday) from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18 – $30 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Aquaflex 8 Color Press with expertise, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production.
• Execute Hot and Cold Foil Stamping processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain the press and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Monitor and control press operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating similar presses, such as Comco, Nilpeter, Gallus, Mark Andy, or Omet.
• Proficient in flexographic printing techniques and hot/cold foil stamping.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
