About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specializing in open heart recovery. You will provide critical care for patients pre and post-cardiac surgery, manage acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, unstable arrhythmias, and other related cardiac disorders. This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on patient recovery.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients in a stepdown unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor patient progress and implement care plans effectively.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in PCU or critical care preferred.
