Job Title: Neurologist
Location: Hattiesburg, Mississippi
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for this position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and a relocation bonus. Up to $100,000 of medical education debt assistance may also be available.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly-skilled neurologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in neurology and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. They should also be skilled in electrodiagnostic testing, such as EMG and EEG.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat neurological disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct electrodiagnostic testing
• Provide follow-up care
• Consult with other providers on treatment plans
• Stay current on best practices and developments in neurology
• Handle administrative tasks, such as documentation and scheduling
Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible in neurology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electrodiagnostic testing
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of best practices and developments in neurology
Experience and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in a neurology setting
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Mississippi
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts
• Ability to work with a diverse population
