TITLE: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
LOCATION: Sante Fe, NM

What they’re looking for:
•Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practioner school.
•Current RN & NP licensure in New Mexico or able to obtain.
•Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP).
 
Hours and compensation potential:
•The position is full time.
•The range is between $125,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
•The facility offers a full benefit package incuding sign-on/relocation assistance.
 
What you’ll be doing:
• Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview, and examination.      
•Documents patient care performed, assessments made, and orders given.
•Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies.
•Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations, and care.
•Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions, including use of prescriptive authority and referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
•Provides counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health and wellness, treatment options, and community resources.
•Provides care in the context of promoting age- and culture-appropriate informed choices, shared decision making, and the right to self-determination.

•Position reports to the Clinics Market Director.
