You will be responsible for maintaining a set book of business, and any additional clients that come in, in a fully cycle insurance cycle. This Insurance Customer Service will be joining a team that is across the states with abundance of opportunities for relocation/movement in the future.
Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Insurance Customer Service Qualifications:
Previous experience with Mercury insurance a must!
