Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team in their Danbury, CT office and directly support the Mechanical Contracting Division.
Description:
Must understand commercial HVAC/plumbing construction, the ability to react quickly to changing conditions and will display strong communication skills
Provide support to the Project Managers for multiple aspects of projects including procurement, CO’s, Q/C, RFI’s and submittals
Participate and provide input into takeoffs, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and production tracking
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in mechanical construction, industrial and commercial OR a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
Knowledge in project management, OSHA, and safety codes/practices
Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong overall computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, as well as industry-specific terms
