• POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment.  Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION:
    • Minimum:
      • High School Education or equivalent
  • LICENSE:
    • Minimum:
      • Valid NYS driver’s license clear of violations consistent with Health Network Policy
  • PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum:
      • CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum: 
      • Two years in building operations and maintenance. 
    • Preferred:
      • Prior patient observation and/or security related experience; Healthcare building maintenance.
  • SKILLS:
    • Minimum:
      • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations.
      • Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
