We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. This role will support a global leader in the promotional products industry, by leading the development and execution of the marketing and communications strategy for the agency channel.

 

This role will orchestrate high-impact campaigns, blending modern design with targeted messaging fueled by data-driven insights.

 

As a collaborative leader, creative storyteller, and strategic thinker, you’ll redefine our brand narrative to engage and captivate our target audience. Your primary focus will be to spearhead initiatives and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and nurture existing relationships within the agency channel, supporting the sales team in driving demand and facilitating customer onboarding through effective collateral and sales plays.

 

Fundamental Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategy, measurable goals, and objectives for programs and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling content that leverages our unique differentiators to deliver impactful messaging.
  • Create channel-specific creative content tailored to engage target customers.
  • Establish and maintain a customer segmentation model, refining personas to enhance targeting effectiveness.
  • Contribute to lead management processes, including campaign definition, lead scoring, routing, dispositioning, and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to assess, track, and derive insights from key metrics, optimizing performance across the sales funnel.
  • Develop quarterly brand presentations and business review templates, providing sales teams with actionable insights and best practices.
  • Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design multi-channel communication plans and assets to drive demand and engagement.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communication, marketing management, brand management, or product management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating impactful external-facing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience collaborating directly with sales teams and familiarity with lead funnel processes.
  • Proven track record in developing sales tools and collateral.
  • Deep understanding of agency business and operations, ideally gained through agency experience or working closely with agency partners.
