Our client is looking for an experience research professional to join their Client Success Team!
Said client is a fast growing, DIY/DIT market research platform that is transforming the ResTech space.
With an amazing roster of blue chip clients in many of the leading industry verticals; advertising, airlines, entertainment, financial, food and beverage, foodservice, hotel, insurance, media, personal care, PR, research, retail, etc.
This is a firm that is growing and moving in the right direction!
Director of Client Success:
- Working with large customers and owning relationships
- Extensive market research background
- Owing projects from kickoff to execution
- Writing/designing surveys to meet customer specifications – 3 to 5 years of experience (minimum)
- Survey data analysis — providing high-level insights and/or creating custom data using Excel/SPSS
- Comfortable training/teaching technology
- Comfortable with DIY survey building tools (programming and quality checking)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity and knowledge of DIY platforms and agile market research space
- Competitive understanding of research technology
- Building Customer Success strategy (onboarding, communications, land + expand at key clients)
