Market Research — Client Manager
Client Managers are responsible for leading teams consisting of 4-5 market researchers (analysts) throughout client programs/research, from initial project kickoff to the final deliverables. In this leadership role, the Client Manager will be responsible for data collection, analysis, report/presentation development (focus on ‘story-telling’) for strategic research engagements. Client Managers work side by side with Fortune 500 client firms and need to have experience in developing relationships with client stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include proactive management of the growth and career development of team members. This will include assessing skills and evaluating performance.
