Market Research — Key Accounts Manager The Key Accounts Manager position is focused on building deeper relationships with clients and to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
● Own client relationships through a partnership with key accounts. ○ Be responsible for the development of high account growth among clients. ○ Exceed CX goals among all stakeholders within an organization. ○ Be a strategic, consultative, and trusted partner by leveraging your knowledge of healthcare market research. ○ Actively network to build deep and effective relationships among stakeholders. ○ Uncover hidden needs & find creative solutions to meet customer needs and business opportunities. ○ Lead meetings and share content that demonstrate our company value, brand, and expertise in the healthcare market research industry. ○ Lead regular key account reviews across the client organization. ○ Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape. ○ Actively engage in social selling techniques and strategies to drive client engagement. ○ Capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities with clients by visiting clients, attending conferences, and other industry events. ○ Inspire and lead an outcome-driven approach to positively impact brand awareness and account growth. ○ Work collaboratively across marketing, finance, sales, and delivery teams to build and execute account growth and management strategies. ○ Be a client advocate to ensure continued product fit that outpaces competition. ● Ensure the successful delivery of customer projects. ○ Own the bidding process and provide thoughtful proposals that address customer needs and position the firm as a best-in-class partner.
○ Work collaboratively with delivery teams to proactively address challenges and be empowered to make the best decision for both the client and business.
○ Set delivery teams up for success by clearly communicating project scope, objectives, timelines, and potential challenges. ○ Oversee delivery to ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on-time, and within budget ○ Proactively address challenges and difficult situations with honest and transparent conversations while providing a solutions-oriented approach to resolve them. Qualifications: ● 3+ years of experience in the market research industry, preferably with healthcare market research experience. ● Strong understanding of market research delivery and operations. ● Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills. ● Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail. ● Strong follow-through, time management, and multi-tasking skills. ● Ability to build positive and strategic relationships across all levels of an organization that influence buying decisions. ● A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed. ● Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on. ● Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them. ● Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
