The Market Manager oversees the operations of the region while driving the company sales to meet and exceed area objectives. The ideal candidate will have B2B Sales experience and background in development and implementation of business strategy’s, active participation in strategic planning, strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting, while making decisions that best meet the needs of the organization.
Develops and meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives. Lead and manage the operations and sales of the organization within assigned region with respect to sales action plans, expense budgets, competitively valued proposals, and highly targeted sales campaigns, while operating within established budgetary and business guidelines.
Will lead a team of managers providing training towards improved operations, increased sales and organizational goals. Works alongside team members in the delivery of services, achieving customer satisfaction while reaching targeted goals. May be required to develop and deliver presentations to close large opportunities. Leads the team in representing the organization to customers, assess the needs of the team and determine potential areas of growth.
Develops and supports business plans for each location and team member to achieve organizational and individual goals.
Handles escalated sales issues and assists in providing customer facing representation to resolve any concerns on behalf of the company.
