Manufacturing Process Development Technologist

Our Medical Device Manufacturing client is growing exponentially.  They seek an experienced Manufacturing Process Development Technologist to support their Class III, FDA Approved new product development/ technology transfer initiatives.  The successful candidate will be the key point of reference for product and technology transfers to product production.

·  The successful candidate will hold a BS Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline. 

· The right candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills. 

·   Additionally, the candidate should have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed manufacturing environment with quality, process engineering, and new product development teams with the goal of bringing new products to OEM / commercial fruition. 

·  Experience with IQ / OQ validation coupled with an ability to complete quality reports enhances candidate’s selection. 

·       Must be able to work effectively with NPD teams and be responsible for defining customer’s current / future needs. 

· Must have demonstrated proven proficiency in extracting, summarizing, and presenting complex data to development team members is required.
