Due to New Business Growth, we are looking for an engineer with hands-on skills to support production processes that make sub-assemblies for automotive and industrial vehicles.
• Support, develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
• Evaluate equipment & processes to eliminate failures and to increase productivity.
• Design and analyze workflow, work force utilization, space requirements, and layout of equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Participate in cost reduction activities.
• Work closely with members of manufacturing and quality to support company targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
EDUCATION/SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required.
Hands-on engineer
CAD software
3D modeling is a plus
General shop fabrication skills are a plus.
DC nutrunners is a plus
IAI actuators is a plus
Robotic welding experience is a plus
