Develop and implement manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying programming and testing manufacturing equipment, etc.
Design, develop and implement manufacturing automation technologies for mechanical, electrical control systems, etc.
Develop and publish standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing equipment.
Accomplish day to day process improvement initiatives with energy and focus, regularly meeting or exceeding performance improvement goals.
Actively participate in quality meeting to review quality issues.
Develop engineering based solutions to remove impediments to good flow. Use problem-solving skills and statistical process control knowledge to make data driven decision.
Lead team based process improvement initiatives, foster an environment in which people work together to achieve results.
