Sales Operations
Safely meet and ideally exceed business plan for Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Profit
Manage cost budget
Ensure value is being delivered and documented to customers
Provide sales forecasts for revenue and gross profit
Work with sales team to maintain a realistic sales funnel
Establish and maintain high level customer relationships at key accounts
Utilize customer feedback to improve the customer experience
Maintain our Brand on customer and internal documentation
Team Development
Coach and Lead Area Managers for productive team coaching and development
Utilize our resources such as TREK to build competencies / skill sets in direct reports and indirect reports
Work with Area Managers to properly resource accounts and accommodate new business opportunities
Open lines of communications and forums for team members to communicate/collaborate about sales targets and opportunities
Vision for the Future
Utilize Business Development Managers and Sales Managers to strategically prospect and grow new business
Continuously work to develop the sales and service team
Establish and execute a 3-5 year growth plan for the district and modify as needed.
