Manual Lathe Machinist to operate Vertical Turning Lathe | Vertical Turret Lathe | Vertical Boring Mill
- Part diameters ranging from 30″ – 124″
- Roughing and Finishing operations are performed. Finishing to tight tolerances.
- Machine, inspect parts ( micrometers, caliphers etc) and change tools.
- Read and follow work order instructions
- Machine setup without supervision
- Operate all lifting devices
- Troubleshoot all machining processes.
- Identify preventative and predictive maintenance related issues
