We’re doing work for a tax/audit/advisory firm that’s well known for their supportive company culture and brand value; The firm is ranked as one of the Top 100 Firms/Best Firms to Work For according to Accounting Today, it’s Top Ranked on Vault and has a 4.6 Glassdoor rating which is strong.  

The company emphasizes and lives their values of Integrity, Family, and Clients. Integrity is a given; family is emphasized; and because you can’t service clients well without things being good at home, they’ve placed an emphasis on a strong balance of life, and loyalty to their associates. As a matter of fact, there were no layoffs during COVID, which talks not only to the depth of their client relationships, but talks to the value they place on everyone who works for the firm. You feel like you’re working for a family rather than being thought of as a number.
