Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

– Perform routine maintenance tasks on our facilities and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

– Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used and repair procedures.

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet their needs and are functioning properly.

– Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance processes.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

– Basic HVAC knowledge

– Strong mechanical and technical skills.

– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– CNC machine maintenance experience is nice to have but not required.
