We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 2 years of experience to join our Department of Psychiatry as our Care Manager. This is a full time position with competitive salary and full benefits package.
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
Licensed in CA as an LCSW.
2 years of experience working as an LCSW in a mental health inpatient setting.
Serve as the Care Manager for the LCSW Team.
Hospital Discharge Planning and Care Coordination.
Compensation Package
Salary range of 100k to 135k
