Learning and Adoption /E- Training Lead-Must come from law firm

Our global client is seeking an  E-Training Lead who will create and deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led technology training across applications and platforms.  Adoption is key.

Responsibilities

• Determine training programs needed across the organization.
• Design and implement in-person and virtual training sessions using web-based applications and other available technology
• Provide coaching as needed.
• Gather and document training content feedback
• Create training documents and content using tools available
• Work with other IT departments to help ensure adoption of new technology.
• Develop questions for students to answer to determine comprehension and retention of course materials
• Participate in application pilot programs
• Evaluate and prioritize training, tasks, processes, and projects.
• Keep abreast of IT and Learning industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years training on Microsoft Office and Windows 10
• 5 + years training on iOS and Android technologies.
• Design experience using tools such as Microsoft Word and Articulate Rise.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to pivot and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking, writing and documentation skills.
• Likes to stay ahead of and learn new technologies
