We have an immediate opening for a JD Edwards Business Analyst . The ideal candidate will meet the qualifications below. They will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment developing solutions and maintaining optimal efficiency of all systems assigned responsibility to manage.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor Degree in Technical Discipline Preferred; Experience Considered in Lieu of Degree
· 3+ years of experience providing Business Analyst Support for JD Edwards Enterprise One preferred; will consider experience with similar ERP systems

· Proven ability to troubleshoot JDE issues and/or provide guidance on software functionality
· Proven ability to interact with internal customers and identify requirements needed to develop solutions in conjunction with Team Leader – Business Analysts
· Experience in providing internal customer support for JD Edwards questions and issues submitted to an Information Technology Helpdesk system
· Experience participating in development of functional specifications for tasks and projects
· Experience in testing ERP system functionality upon completion by Software Team of corrections and/or enhancements
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Job Duties:
· Reports to the Team Leader – Business Analysts
· Perform day-to-day support of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system
· Participate in meetings with internal Business Customers, Technical Teams, External Companies and Consultants in support of Team Leader – Business Analysts
· Manage assigned project tasks for adherence to defined project requirements and timeframes
· Plan, prioritize and execute activity associated with incoming requests from the Information Technology Track-IT Helpdesk system
· Participate in developing functional specifications for the Information Technology Software Development Team
· Develop Basic Reports using ReportsNow
· Recommend Enhancements/Improvements to Maintain “State of Art” ERP environment
· Create and deliver documentation along with functional training to our internal business customers
· Recommend corrections for issues occurring on a repetitive basis
· Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users
· Work well within a team environment and alongside external partners
