The Systems Engineer position is part of a collaborative team that demonstrates the highest level of technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Responsibilities include solutions for incidents, requests, completing project based technical assignments, documentation and general well-being of the network(s), servers, and surrounding and supporting infrastructure including data center power and air conditioning, wiring closets, remote access for users and vendors, diagnostic tools, monitoring tools, deployment tools, and security systems. Identifying opportunities for ensuring a positive technical experience to Team Members.
As a member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team, this position provides technical guidance to other members of the ITS team and support teams that require hardware and software services. The position provides analysis and resolves complex technical issues escalating to hardware and software support as necessary.
