We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a growing industrial manufacturing focused company to serve as the first point of contact for all IT support issues. This position will be the first point of contact (help desk) for users seeking technical assistance and or IT support over the phone, email and in-person. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues and then follow-up and update status and information. You will repair or replace damaged hardware and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support. This role serves to also provide accurate information on Information Technology IT products and services and identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. You will maintain technical documentation on software, hardware and problem troubleshooting and train end-users on software functionality and use. Other duties include importing data into an enterprise resource system and writing and running reports from the system.
