Inventory Planning Analyst

30+ year old employee-owned distribution company, based in the NE Ohio area is looking to add to their “rock star” inventory team.

This is a newly created role that will focus on building inventory strategies, forecasting and inventory optimization.

This team is integral in the new system implementation and building a stellar inventory team. 

Reporting to an Inventory Planning Manager that has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and distribution industries.

Background profile: 

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business  

1-5 years of experience in an inventory or analyst role within distribution is preferred.

Experience in Oracle or SAP would be ideal.

Project Management experience and working cross functionally with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Proficient in manipulating large data filed in Microsoft Excel for reporting is preferred. 

This position is a base salary + bonus structure , 401k match and ESOP program (long term incentive)
