Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist
Location: Tucson, AZ
Salary: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist to join a large and very busy multispecialty group in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. The physician will have high patient volume, and have access to office space adjacent to the hospital. There is also physician outreach and marketing support provided, as well as additional support as patient volume grows.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Perform interventional cardiology procedures
– Diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases
– Document patient histories and physical examinations
– Develop and implement treatment plans
– Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
– Consult with other physicians and healthcare providers
Qualifications:
– Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology
– Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology is required
– Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience and Skills:
– Must have extensive knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and treatments
– Must have experience with interventional cardiology procedures
– Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Must have the ability to adapt to changing workloads
– Must be proficient in the use of medical technology and software
