Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist

 

Location: Powell, Tennessee

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, as well as additional incentives and bonuses based on work Relative Value Units (WRUVs). A signing bonus, medical education debt assistance, and relocation expenses are also available.

 

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our specialty team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in Interventional Cardiology and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

-Provide interventional cardiology services at both the main hospital and satellite office

-Supervise mid-level providers

-Maintain patient records in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)

-Work collaboratively with other medical specialists in the multi-specialty suite

-Utilize DaVinci Robotics to perform surgeries and other complex procedures

-Perform call coverage with a 1:4 ratio

 

Qualifications:

 

-MD or DO degree

-Board certification in Interventional Cardiology

-Active Tennessee medical license

-Current DEA certification

-Current ACLS certification

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

 

Experience and Skills:

 

-Minimum three years’ experience in Interventional Cardiology

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Proficient in the use of EMRs

-Ability to work effectively in a team

-Ability to quickly assess and respond to patient needs
