Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist

 

Location: Lufkin, Texas

 

Salary: We offer a generous base salary, as well as potential incentives based on productivity. Additionally, we provide student loan repayment, relocation, marketing, and CME.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Interventional Cardiologist for a partnership track with a private practice in Lufkin, Texas. This position offers a 1:4 call schedule, with STEMI call and access to two cath labs. Our group has over 25 years of experience providing advanced cardiovascular and Electrophysiology procedures, and our open heart program is accredited by the Joint Commission for Heart Failure.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases and heart conditions

– Perform interventional cardiology procedures

– Manage and maintain patient records

– Lead and instruct other medical staff

– Maintain professional relationships with colleagues

– Participate in research and clinical trials

 

Qualifications:

 

– U.S. board certified or board eligible

– Minimum of one year of experience in interventional cardiology

– Strong background in cardiovascular medicine

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and with a team

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Experienced in cardiovascular diagnosis and interventions

– Skilled in performing interventional cardiology procedures

– Knowledge of medical terminology and coding

– Proficient in the use of medical equipment and software

– Ability to effectively diagnose and treat patients
