Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist

 

Location: Durant, Oklahoma

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive wage structure and annual CME allowance. Financial assistance is also available for relocation and debt repayment.

 

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our team in Durant, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a specialty in Interventional Cardiology (IC) and will be comfortable with a combination of inpatient and outpatient duties. The successful applicant will be expected to work 15 days of call per month and should have a good knowledge of EKG, stress testing and other cath lab procedures.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Provide comprehensive care to cardiology patients

-Undertake interventional cardiology procedures such as percutaneous coronary interventions

-Analyze patient data and develop appropriate treatment plans

-Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly

-Carry out diagnostic and interventional procedures

-Prescribe medications and other treatments

-Carry out regular check-ups and follow-ups

-Keep accurate records and prepare reports

 

Qualifications:

 -MD or DO degree

-Board certification in Cardiology

-Licensed to practice in Oklahoma

-Previous experience in Interventional Cardiology (IC)

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Good knowledge of EKG, stress testing and other cath lab procedures

-Demonstrated clinical experience in Interventional Cardiology

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Strong commitment to patient care

-Ability to interpret and analyze patient data

-Excellent problem-solving skills

-Up to date with best practices and relevant medical advancements
