Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician

 

Location: Powell, Tennessee

 

Salary: Our organization is offering a competitive base salary compensation package for this position. This package may also include a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, relocation assistance, reimbursement for licensure, dues and/or subscriptions, 401K, profit sharing, PTO, and CME allowance.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical clinic and should be passionate about providing quality patient care. This position is an employed outpatient only position with office space currently available.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

-Provide comprehensive primary care services to a wide variety of patients

-Complete physical examinations and order necessary tests

-Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries

-Provide preventive health care services

-Document patient information and treatments

-Maintain patient confidentiality

-Refer patients to specialists and other practitioners

 

Qualifications:

 

-Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine

-Valid, unrestricted medical license in Tennessee

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to perform physical assessments

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

 

Experience and Skills:

 

-Prior experience in a medical clinic

-Proficiency in medical software

-Knowledge of medical terminology and coding

-Knowledge of current healthcare trends
