Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico
Salary: This Internal Medicine Physician position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, the job also provides relocation assistance, a commencement bonus, CME assistance, assistance with medical education debt repayment, and visa assistance.
Job Summary: We are searching for an Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide outstanding patient care in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The physician will have access to newly renovated office space and have teaching opportunities available, if desired.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care, tailored to each individual’s needs
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
• Manage patient records and reports
• Follow up with patients to ensure outstanding care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Work collaboratively with other medical professionals
Qualifications:
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice medicine in New Mexico
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
Experience and Skills:
• Experience as an Internal Medicine Physician
• Knowledge of medical protocols, guidelines, and treatments
• Ability to manage a team of healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work well under pressure
