Industrial Electrical Automation Engineer

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass the following:

• Creating 3D AutoCAD electrical designs
• Laying out electrical panels, enclosures and networks
• Programming HMI and PLC machine controls
• Programming servo systems, vision, motion controllers, robotics and so on
• Creating safety circuit designs
• Preparing electrical equipment and specifications
• Participating in start-ups and support
• Creating and documenting bills of material
• Ordering parts as needed
• Ensuring that vendors are meeting design and time requirements

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Any electrical engineering degree
• One or more years of industrial automation experience
• One or more years of industrial electric schematics and controls circuitry experience
• One or more years of analog components, digital components, electrical switches, electrical relays, pressure sensors and temperature sensors experience
• Possess the ability to travel up to 20% for startups
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
