HVAC / Plumbing Superintendent

The company is a large mechanical contractor doing commercial construction.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing daily on-site activities of HVAC field plumbers, BOTH WET AND DRY on service and maintenance sites. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on the project.

Field plumbers Lay out, assemble, install, maintain, repair piping, fixtures, carriers, and equipment associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems commercial structures. Knowledge of drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local codes and regulations.

Must have both wet and dry HVAC experience and knowledge.

Office work about 25% and 75% field work per week.

Salary based on experience.
