(HR Generalist) serves as a trusted business partner and coach to leaders in the organization, providing partnering, leadership and counsel. Local HRBP actively participate in the design of programs and activities that are aligned to the business needs. In turn, this position will implement, manage and evaluate HR projects and activities across the full employee life cycle. Local HRBP’s enjoy the opportunity to lead, develop/design and execute activities in line with the regional HR strategy and work collaboratively, influence stakeholders to ultimately have a positive impact on the employee experience.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruiting; onboarding and exits; compensation; leaves of absence; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development·
Assists with the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
