National provider seeks an exceptional and experienced Hospice Administrator. Base salary is open in highly negotiable based on experience. Excellent benefits and bonus opportunity offered as well.
This Hospice Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the Hospice agency.
Through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up she/he is responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources. The Hospice Administrator ensures quality of staff and functions of the company. She/he accomplishes these tasks through driving teamwork with most efforts spent on Human Resources, Quality of Care, and Customer Service.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
2+ to 5 years experience
