Position: Executive Director, RN
Job Description:
Our home health company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Cottonwood, AZ. The ideal candidate should have an active RN license in the state and leadership experience over a home health organization, including profit and loss statement. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and direction of our home health company.
Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and direction for the organization, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to patients.
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
– Manage the organization’s budget, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statement.
– Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
– Ensure the organization is in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.
– Represent the organization in the community, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, patients, and their families.
Qualifications:
– Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred.
– At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a home health organization.
– Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss statement.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
– Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health.
