Job Title: General Surgeon

 

Location: Ponca City, Oklahoma

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive base salary, with potential for incentive compensation. Additionally, there is a generous commencement bonus, relocation allowance, and medical education loan repayment assistance of up to $200,000 (if qualified!).

 

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Surgeon to join our team at a prestigious medical center in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise performing a variety of surgical procedures, as well as providing high-quality patient care.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Perform a variety of surgical procedures in accordance with established standards and protocols

– Monitor patient health and progress and adjust treatments as needed

– Educate patients on pre- and post-surgical care and answer any questions they may have

– Develop and implement patient management plans, record patient health and medical histories, and document patient progress

– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care

 

Qualifications:

 

– Medical degree from an accredited university

– Board certification in General Surgery

– Current licensure in Oklahoma

– Demonstrated experience performing a variety of surgical procedures

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to assess and adjust treatments as needed

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records

– Knowledge of medical standards and protocols

– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

– Ability to multitask and prioritize

– Excellent time management skills
