Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for the position of Gastroenterologist. Additional benefits may include relocation allowance, up to $100K in a commencement bonus, CME assistance, loan repayment, stipend options, and medical education debt repayment.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterologist to join our team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will provide patient care in the specialty of Gastroenterology, diagnose diseases, and treat conditions of the digestive tract.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Examine patients to assess their condition and diagnose diseases

– Monitor patients’ progress and response to treatments

– Provide preventive care advice

– Develop and implement patient management plans

– Refer patients to other specialists as necessary

– Educate patients on proper nutrition and health maintenance

 

Qualifications:

 

– MD/DO degree or equivalent

– Board certified in Gastroenterology

– Current state medical license

– Ability to work well with colleagues and staff

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Strong medical knowledge in Gastroenterology

– Proven clinical experience

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and in a team setting

– Patient-oriented
