Job Title: Gastroenterologist

 

Location: Granbury, Texas

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, as well as a $100,000 commencement bonus, relocation allowance, and assistance with medical education debt. Health insurance, life insurance, and vacation are also included.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our team and provide excellent medical care to our patients. The successful candidate will be qualified to perform all aspects of gastroenterology, including endoscopy and ERCP. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the digestive system

• Develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed

• Perform endoscopic procedures, including ERCP

• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care

• Educate and counsel patients and families on medical conditions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies

 

Qualifications:

 

• MD degree or equivalent

• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology

• Active medical license in good standing

• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated commitment to patient care

 

Experience and Skills:

 

• At least 3 years of experience in Gastroenterology

• Proven ability in endoscopic procedures, including ERCP

• Experienced in working with diverse patient populations

• Competence with electronic medical records

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
