Full Lifecycle Program Manager – Pay is up to $150,000

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass the following:

• Leading and monitoring the full life cycle program progress
• Setting program targets and budgets
• Ensuring program targets and budgets are met
• Overseeing project launches
• Creating corrective action plans
• Providing leadership over cross-functional groups
• Overseeing complex programs
• Utilizing lean principles and earned value principles
• Overseeing personnel planning and scheduling
• Utilizing metrics for evaluating program progress 
• Being the customers point of contact
• Confirming customer needs are being met

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Seven years of full lifecycle complex program management experience from concept to completion
• Two years of experience overseeing complex programs as a prime or subcontractor
• Two years of leadership experience over cross-functional groups
• Two years of experience overseeing personnel planning and scheduling
• Two years of experience utilizing metrics for evaluating program progress 
• Two years of ISO experience
• A four year business (or similar) degree
• Knowledge of earned value principles
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
