Roles and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and treat medical conditions for patients of all ages
– Utilize evidence-based medicine and patient care decisions
– Provide education on medical conditions and preventive care
– Coordinate care with specialists as needed
– Document patient care and generate reports
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
– Medical degree from an accredited institution
– Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Florida
– Board certification in family medicine or primary care
– Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Experience and Skills:
– At least two years of experience in family medicine or primary care
– Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage a high-volume patient load
– High level of comfort utilizing electronic medical records
– Team player with strong problem-solving skills
