Job Title: Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician

 

Location: Jefferson City, TN

 

Salary: This position offers a highly competitive compensation package. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Job Summary: We are looking for a Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician to join our team in Jefferson City, TN. This is a new location with employed positions and outpatient only care. The call coverage is minimal for the primary care clinic only. Office space is currently available.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Provide primary care and family medicine services

– Perform physical exams and other healthcare assessments

– Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries

– Prescribe and administer medications and treatments

– Identify and address patient health concerns

– Educate and advise patients on preventive health care

– Refer patients to specialists as needed

– Maintain accurate patient medical records

– Abide by all health care regulations

 

Qualifications:

 

– Current medical licensure

– Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine/primary care

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Commitment to providing quality patient care

– Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– Extensive knowledge of family medicine/primary care

– Expertise in health promotion and disease prevention

– Proficiency in treating multiple age groups

– Ability to handle urgent care cases

– Proficient in performing minor surgical procedures
