Manage Equine brand portfolio to maximize long-term sales and profit
Develop and execute portfolio strategy to build long-term brand health.
Develop brand position, communication strategies and marketing (5P) programs for all products within a brand to build consumer demand and market share
Recommend product innovation to address white spaces in the Equine space
Coordinate campaigns and promotional opportunities with retail marketing, sales, digital and e-commerce teams for integrated brand communication plans
Lead external and internal creative teams in development of creative materials for annual marketing campaigns including digital, print ads, website look and feel, sales literature and materials, and equine channel promotional programs
Develop brand standards and ensure consistency throughout all brand elements.
Analyze market, competitive, and industry trends and provide actionable recommendations based on key learnings
Develop and manage an annual budget for your brands and manage to target P&L.
Work with sales team to gain distribution and promotional display
Acts as the brand ambassador for respective brand(s) including the training and education
Manage our sponsorship with Land Rover and others partners, coordinating with our tradeshow team to execute on our annual sponsorships
Expand our sponsorship relationships and utilize our existing relations in driving market awareness
Performs other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.
Regular attendance is required
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
3 – 5 years of marketing/sales and/ or product management experience.
Must possess strong organizational, execution and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Animal health industry experience and Equine background is essential
MBA a plus
Entrepreneurial Mindset is mandatory.
Strong experience using MS Office Suite including, Excel, Power Point, etc.
