Environmental, Health and Safety Manager – Plant Level

Engaged, hands-on and collaborative EHS Professional with the ability to truly lead the program. Must have at least (6+) years of well-rounded, plant level EHS experience within manufacturing operations including working knowledge in stamping operations.  Bachelors degree in a technical field required.

This position will lead the tactical and strategic direction of the program for a non-union automotive stamping facility.  Responsible for providing leadership and compliance established involving EHS best practices and local/federal regulations. Lead the continuous improvement of the health & safety process for the site. Develop and implement safety systems and programs, audits, training, accident investigations, workers compensation, emergency response and related activities.

Metric-driven approach with the ability to use that data to deliver positive results and continue growing to higher levels within safety.  Strong project management and time management skills required!
